2. Enter Your Child’s Information:

   • Provide your child’s name, date of birth, and any relevant medical details.
   • Ensure your contact information is accurate for confirmation purposes.

      • Well-Child Visit
      • Sick Visit
      • Immunizations
      • Follow-Up Visit
      • New Patient Visit

   Confirm Your Appointment:

   • Review the appointment details.
   • Click “Confirm Appointment” to finalize your booking.
   • You will receive an email confirmation with all the details shortly after.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need. You can manage your appointment through our online booking system or call our office.
